Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. 

To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We’ll be more than happy to issue you with either a refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

To begin your request, please contact us at support@mountainoaksupplies.com with a brief description of your issue, along with a photo/video. (Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on change of mind or any error made by the customer when choosing products/variants, or sizes. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee*
Some of our products offer a 100 day satisfaction guarantee. If applicable, this means that if within 100 days your product has malfunctioned under reasonable circumstances, or a mistake has been made on our behalf, we will provide a full refund. Please note that this process must be verified by our internal team which will review your specific case and issue a refund on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions to returns still apply as stated above.
